Niyazi Önen Holding sells shares of Dardanel Gıda Niyazi Önen Holding has sold a portion of its shares in Dardanel Önentaş Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. (DARDL) with a nominal value of 100 million TL to Luxembourg-based Crescent Securitisations Lux Sarl. The sale was executed as an over-the-counter transaction with investments from funds managed by Gramercy Funds Management LLC, based abroad. Following this sale, Niyazi Önen Holding retains a controlling stake with 51.5% of Dardanel Gıda's capital.

Tofaş signs credit agreement for K0 model commercial vehicle investment Tofaş (TOASO) has entered into an export credit agreement amounting to 295,187,165.78 Euros for its K0 Model commercial vehicle investment with BNP Paribas (EPA:BNPP) Fortis and ING Bank. The contract was arranged in connection with sustainability and is planned to be utilized by the end of 2024, maturing in 2032. The annual cost of the loan will range between 6-month Euribor + 2.27% - 2.37%, depending on set sustainability performance indicators.

Çağdaş Cam increases production capacity Çağdaş Cam Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (CGCAM) has decided to invest in increasing its insulated glass production capacity by 60% at its facility in Aydın/Kuyucak. This new investment will enable the production of various products and aims to increase revenue in export markets. The investment is expected to be operational in the first half of 2025.

Pegasus signs a major aircraft agreement with Boeing Pegasus (PGSUS) has made an order agreement with Boeing for up to 200 Boeing 737-10 aircraft. A firm order has been placed for 100 of the aircraft, with an option for an additional 100. If all options are exercised, the contract's value is estimated to be around 36 billion USD at current list prices.

Efor Çay signs sales agreements for petroleum coke and metallurgical coke Efor Çay's (EFORC) subsidiary Efor Gübre has signed sales agreements for petroleum coke in the domestic market and metallurgical coke with a Switzerland-based firm. The value of domestic petroleum coke sales is 94,959,150 TL excluding VAT, while the metallurgical coke export to Italy is valued at 170,702,512 TL. The total sales are planned to be completed within 2024.

(MOGAN) has completed the panel installation for its 32.5 MW capacity Hybrid Solar Power Project. The project is planned to become operational in the first month of 2025 and is expected to generate approximately 53,000,000 kWh of electricity annually. The total investment is valued at 17.7 million USD, which will meet the electricity needs of approximately 22,500 households.
