Major Deal Between Pegasus and Boeing

Pegasus Airlines (PGSUS) announced that it has signed a aircraft purchase agreement with The Boeing Company for up to 200 Boeing 737-10 aircraft in addition to its existing orders. According to the company's statement, this step was taken as part of its fleet management strategy to meet aircraft needs in 2028 and beyond. Under the agreement, Pegasus made a firm order for 100 Boeing 737-10 aircraft to be delivered starting in 2028, and also placed an option order for an additional 100 aircraft.

The total value of the agreement is estimated at $36 billion, based on current list prices for 200 Boeing 737-10 aircraft, assuming all options are exercised. This figure excludes special pricing and payment terms. The agreement will significantly contribute to Pegasus’ strategy of expanding its fleet capacity and flight network by increasing the usage of Boeing 737-10 aircraft.
