TANKER REPORT - 42 Tankers Identified in Black Sea Ports
In the Black Sea ports, a total of 42 tankers are currently present, serving as the first leg for oil arriving in the region to reach the world via the Istanbul Strait and the Dardanelles Strait. According to a report prepared by Tribeca Maritime Services and shared via email, 22 of the tankers are aframax, 18 are suezmax, and 2 are panamax types. Considering the tankers that have not yet approached the ports, the total number of tankers in the Black Sea is reported to be 53. The Russian ports of Novorossiysk, Taman, Kavkaz, and Tuapse, as well as Georgia's Supsa port, have tankers arriving in the Black Sea. Currently, 37 tankers are docked in Novorossiysk, 2 in Taman, 2 in Kavkaz, and 1 in Tuapse. There are no tankers located in Supsa port.
