RENEWAL - Strategic Innovations Implemented in Vestel's Organizational Structure

Forex - Strategic changes have been made in the upper management to create an organizational structure aligned with Vestel's new growth targets. In the Vestel Group, strategic adjustments were implemented to establish a more effective management system and an organizational structure in line with Vestel's growing objectives. The internal dynamics of Vestel have been reorganized in a more functional manner within the new structure.

New Organizational Structure
In the upcoming period, Hasan Uğur will serve as the General Manager of Vestel Electronics and White Goods R&D and Production, while Ulaş Özcan has taken on the role of General Manager of the Supply Chain and Purchasing for Vestel Electronics and White Goods. Additionally, Özgür Yılmaz will direct Vestel Customer Services and Quality, and Öner Tekin will guide the future of Vestel as the General Manager of Vestel Technology, Lentatek, and Ayesaş in their new positions.

New Era at Vestel Mobility
Ender Yüksel has been appointed as the General Manager of Vestel Mobility, the newest member of the Vestel Group. Yüksel has been tasked with further advancing Vestel’s innovative approaches in the mobility sector, where exponential growth is expected in the future.

Executives Continuing in Their Positions
Some members of Vestel's successful management team will continue in their roles during this new period. Seçkin Gençoğlu's role as General Manager of Sales, responsible for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas, has now also included the Asia-Pacific region. Tarık Leloğlu continues as the General Manager of Sales for Vestel, overseeing operations in Turkey, Central Asia, Iran, Iraq, Syria, and Northern Cyprus. Duygu Badem Uylukçuoğlu will maintain her role as General Manager of Marketing at Vestel, while Zeynep Tarhan and Bülent Kiracıoğlu will continue as General Managers of Human Resources and Financial Affairs, respectively, for the Vestel Group.

Vestel’s new structuring has been implemented to ensure that strategically critical units operate more functionally and to support sustainable success objectives.
